User-Generated Content: TenantTalk is not liable for any claims arising from user-generated content, including but not limited to claims of defamation, intellectual property infringement, or inaccurate information.

6. Limitation of Liability

TenantTalk shall not be held liable for any claims of defamation, libel, or false light resulting from user-generated content, provided such content was not created by TenantTalk. Our platform operates under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, which provides immunity to online platforms for third-party content.

7. Privacy

Your use of TenantTalk is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We are committed to protecting your personal information and will not sell or share it with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
