Repairs were ignored unless I threatened legal action. The landlord gave little to no notice before showing up, even after I called it out. The house had black mold, barely any smoke detectors, and major plumbing issues that cost me money. It was clear the place wasn’t maintained before renting it out. The neighborhood is nice, but the house? Not worth it. Wouldn’t recommend.

Landlord is Imran Khan. He is the worst landlord of all time. He will take your “refundable” deposit. When you see that Navy Blue Toyota 4Runner, take your money and run4 your life.
