Lived here two years, had numerous issues with the landlords and the apartment itself. Very noisy neighbors, landlord let me go without hot water for two weeks and only sent $200 refund for it but ignored my numerous texts and phone calls asking for it to be fixed. unit doesn't have a working laundry unit but they advertise they do. Terri is extremely rude and very late on replying to emails or texts, a lot will go unanswered. Christina is not much better, I let them know I will have an ESA animal moving in and they told me i needed to get the cat declawed and kept pressing me to do so. I find that extremely inconsiderate and apathetic as that is inhumane to do to cats.

I am submitting this review due to a pattern of harassing, discriminatory, and bad-faith property management practices by Harris 808 Properties LLC during our tenancy. Our household includes individuals with disabilities. We made multiple good-faith attempts to request reasonable accommodations and communicate disability-related needs. Harris 808 Properties failed to engage in an interactive process and instead escalated enforcement actions that disproportionately targeted disability-related accommodations, creating a hostile and stressful living environment. Throughout our tenancy, we received repeated and aggressive communications threatening lease violations and termination, often related to matters that had already been disclosed, were legally protected, or previously addressed. The volume and tone of these notices felt retaliatory rather than corrective. Additionally, legitimate maintenance and habitability issues were delayed, minimized, or left unresolved.

Never experienced such a neurotic and cheap landlord. its actually crazy to me that this person thinks that its okay to make your tenant feel guilty for requesting that servicing and issues are taken care of in a timely fashion and without any hesitation. why would you be a landlord if you are making your tenants feel guilty for wanting the systems in their unit to work. beyond that, the controlling nature and requests made are completely unfair. not allowing window AC units in a house with no cooling during 100 degree days in summer. I can go on for days.

Luke was an amazing landlord, very prompt on making repairs, was more than willing to work with us over issues one of our roommates caused while we were moving out.

Greg Gray is a slumlord. He showed me 1 apt, but the 1 I was given was not 900 sq ft as advertised; it was 660 sq ft. The place was filthy when we moved in. Greg said he had professional cleaners come in, but that was a lie. There was food on the living room wall. It took 3 rounds with a magic eraser to get the outside of the refrigerator clean. We had to do a deep clean. Greg said he had the carpets professionally cleaned; he did not. I purchased a high quality carpet cleaner. After cleaning the carpet the first time, the water looked like chocolate milk. After the 4th cleaning, the water still looked like chocolate milk. The bedroom smelled of cat pee. But it was the mold, mildew, and water that were the worse. There was a film floating at the top of the water. The apt always smelled like mold. I was there for 10 months. I had to throw out baskets and some furniture because of the smell. Shame on Greg Gray.
