I enjoyed dealing with outpost. It’s also very convenient that you can extend your stay as you like and you’re not tied to a long term lease.

This is a great place to live. I’m glad that no one smokes here. In the place where I lived before it was impossible to breathe because the smell of smoke was everywhere. Here everything is clean and well designed. The neighborhood is good and the staff is very responsive.

I lived at 210 Lewis Ave for a few months and honestly it was a pretty good experience. The area feels real and lived in, not touristy, and I liked being able to walk to small coffee shops and just sit outside in the evenings. It felt like actual Brooklyn life. The kitchen ended up being the main social spot. A couple of times I planned to just heat up dinner and go to my room, and somehow ended up talking for an hour about random life stuff with people I had just met.

They supported me at every step, from move-in to small questions during my stay. Communication was clear, and I always felt that someone was available to help. Overall, a reliable experience.

Staying at June Homes on West 20th Street was a really solid experience. The apartment felt comfortable and lived-in, not like a short-term rental that’s missing basics. The room was bright, quiet, and easy to settle into, which mattered a lot to me day to day. The location was a huge plus, Chelsea is walkable, well connected, and full of cafés, groceries, and places to unwind after work. It felt like real New York living, not a temporary setup. What stood out most was how smooth everything felt overall.

She will make you jump through a million hoops because she is so picky and nosy with tenants. Not a serious landlord and very very nosy. Will ask you a million inappropriate illegal questions.

Nice area, mostly respectable neighbors, great view overlooking the valley down to the state fair. Great landlord, fair and very attentive to detail, quick to respond to any issues the pop up

Bob was horrendous. We had a mouse problem that he didn't solve. And when we finally moved out, he had the gall to retain our security deposit illegal. Had to take him to court several times, and then his lawyer finally relented to give us back what we were owed. Do not rent here, and do not rent from Bob
