I have lived here for 8 years. Our landlord is lovely and has always been fair to us. I really appreciate how wonderful she’s been throughout these 8 years. We have a son who is 8 years old and the neighborhood is incredible and the school is amazing. I get to walk or bike with my son to school every day. I am so appreciative of my landlord and appreciate this neighborhood and where we live. Hopefully we have been equally amazing as tenets for her.

We were in a studio here. And the rent was definitely high for the space but doable for us. It is a really old building with a good amount of problems. When it rained there were multiple ceiling leaks. We decided to move and were at the end of our lease and we gave them the legal amount of notice but they tried to tell us we were legally bound to another month. When we moved we found mold had grown everywhere because of the water damage. It was such a nightmare. We moved into a 1 bedroom twice the size for the same price. While they were nice people they were extremely uneducated about local housing laws and unwilling to educate themselves.

The property manager, Todd, is fantastic. All maintenance issues are taken care of immediately. Property owners/Meridian Group sucks, though. They've needlessly raised the rent 10% the last 3-4 years. Pet friendly with an ESA.
