Current manager is awful. Nean. Intimidating. Stalks people. Ghosts people in need. And makes critical errors (one tenant even moved out after being denied parking with a handicapped parking plate. Manager told her she wasn’t disabled enough.) Not a community or fun, joyful place to live. People in bldg are nice, keep to selves it’s just a general bad energy. Neighborhood VERY dangerous. Occasional gun violence and bodies. Constant choppers. Do not expert your deposit back.
