This landlord makes it UNMISTAKEABLY clear that he cares more about lining his pockets then his does about the safety of the people living in the house. He charges more than the room is worth in a house that has more issues than it's worth. He moves in anyone and everyone with not so much as even running a free background check on them.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Landlord does zero background check on tenants. The last three tenants he moved in all have had serious issues. We have warned him multiple times in the past of alarming behaviors and were all blown off. The house itself is subpar with cheap fixes done. He has crammed 11 people into this property collecting over $1,000 from each of us every month but never invests back into the house at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
